Muscle Aid Essential Oil Blend

For optimal effectiveness, combine this blend with a carrier oil and massage it into your muscles before or after your workout, providing a rejuvenating experience for your body.
How to Use
This blend is most effective when mixed with a carrier oil and massaged into muscles before and/or after you work out.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.

Cautions:
Possible drug interactions. Persons taking blood thinning medication or who have bleeding disorders, recent major surgery, salicylate sensitivity should avoid this blend. Dilute to a maximum of 5% for topical applications. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. External use only.
