Personalized Guidance and Support for an

Empowered, Calm

Joyful Birth and Postpartum

You can Birth With Ease.

Hypnobirthing fosters a deep connection between mother and baby, and Prenatal Bonding (BA) creates a deep connection between parents and their unborn baby that empowers both parents and baby. Birth With Ease® combines both of these methods to support a healthy and joyful birth experience. Studies show that entering into your childbirth journey with confidence and a strong prenatal bond supports better outcomes and enables babies to nurse easily, form secure attachments, and show strong self-esteem while they grow to access their full potential.

  • It was such an incredible experience for all three of us. It brought my partner and I even closer and helped us connect throughout the pregnancy and during labor and birth. I think it was also crucial for my postpartum recovery and to help heal from past experiences.

Healing From Traumatic Births

Sometimes we come to pregnancy — especially after a first birth — carrying a lifetime of experiences in our bodies. Some of these may be joyful and affirming, while others may have left deep emotional imprints or even trauma. These experiences can quietly shape how we feel about pregnancy, birth, and our own abilities.

In your sessions, we create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace. Through guided reflection, compassionate listening, and evidence-based mind–body practices, you’ll have the opportunity to acknowledge and process the moments that felt overwhelming or disempowering.

This work is not about erasing the past, but about integrating it — finding meaning, reclaiming your voice, and gently releasing the emotional residue that may still linger. By “clearing the air” in this way, you open the door to approach your upcoming birth with renewed trust in your body, greater emotional resilience, and a sense of possibility for a different experience this time.

Let’s work together.

You deserve a birth experience and connection to your baby that feels as real as it is calm, joyful, and full of confidence. Birth With Ease® is my personal invitation to join a journey that supports not only your birth but also your baby’s emotional well-being.

Together, we’ll create a space where you feel connected and empowered, welcoming your baby into the world with love and intention.

FAQs

  1. Does the evidence support this approach to healing and wellness?

Mindfulness practices are supported by a growing body of research demonstrating its effectiveness. Numerous studies indicate that relaxation and breathing exercises can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and pain perception. A retrospective study examining the outcomes of 295 women who participated in Prenatal Bonding (BA) facilitation during pregnancy revealed significant improvements in maternal and neonatal health. The findings indicated reductions in the need for birth interventions and cesarean sections, as well as increased breastfeeding rates. Additionally, there were decreases in preterm births and postpartum depression. Mothers reported that their newborns were easier to feed and soothe, suggesting that the postpartum period became a continuation of an already established relationship.

  2. What happens during a session, and how can it benefit me before and after I get pregnant?

Sessions include discussing your history (i.e. previous miscarriages or losses, fertility journey, past birth experiences, family of origin and how you grew up understanding birth, past medical history, etc.) as well as relaxation exercises, breath work, and guided meditation to provide a range of benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety management, and increased confidence during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

In addition to the reflective and healing work, these sessions also integrate childbirth education based on the Hypnobirthing philosophy and method. This approach emphasizes the mind–body connection, helping you understand the physiology of birth, release fear, and work with your body’s natural rhythms. You’ll learn practical techniques such as deep relaxation, breathing exercises, visualization, and guided meditations — all designed to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and build your confidence for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

  3. Can this be used as a complementary approach to traditional medical interventions during childbirth?

Absolutely. Birth With Ease® can complement conventional medical routes by promoting bonding, relaxation, easing pain perception, providing education and enhancing the overall experience. It is essential to communicate your intentions with your healthcare team to ensure a collaborative and comprehensive approach to your care.

  4. How does working with you support me in preparing for childbirth and beyond?

Prenatal Bonding (BA) equips mothers with valuable tools for relaxation, visualization, and self-empowerment. By addressing mental and emotional well-being, I can help in preparing for childbirth with confidence. In the postpartum, this helps you manage stress, foster a positive mindset and connection with your baby, supporting the transition into motherhood.
