Erica is a doula of over 20 years and a doula trainer who has supported more than a thousand families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She founded Nurture from her own philosophy, vision, and deep commitment to caring for families during this transformative time—and has grown it into the trusted, supportive community it is today. Her work and perspective have been featured in publications such as The Bump, Good Housekeeping, Mom the Magazine, Elle, Authority Magazine, and others as well as on podcasts where she shares her insights on birth and postpartum care.
