What to expect.

Birth With Ease® Guided Relaxation feels like closing your eyes and listening to someone tell you the most interesting and vividly descriptive story. As you listen, your mind creates images and takes you on a journey of connection and self-discovery.

  • Join online from the comfort of your home — camera on or off, whichever feels right for you.

  • Each session begins with a short welcome and gentle grounding exercise.

  • Erica will guide you through a 20–30 minute relaxation and meditation practice focused on breathing, body awareness, and emotional calm.

  • There’s time at the end for quiet reflection or optional group sharing — you can simply listen or connect if you’d like.

  • Expect to leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and connected to your body and baby (or future baby).

Postpartum Session:

Our Birth With Ease® Postpartum Sessions seamlessly integrate visualizations, calming techniques, soothing breathwork, and mindfulness practices.

Prenatal Session:

Birth With Ease® Prenatal Sessions offers an ideal preparation for birth, harmonizing calming techniques, gentle breathwork, and mindfulness practices tailored specifically for expectant mothers preparing to embrace birth.

Develop inner strength and resilience, effectively managing discomforts often associated with labor while fostering a profound state of relaxation and focus.

Pre-Pregnancy Session:

Birth With Ease® Pre-Pregnancy Sessions are for women on a fertility journey or TTC. We begin with Guided breathwork to encourage individuals to regulate their bodies, syncing it with guided instructions to induce relaxation responses in the body and mind.

By consciously engaging with their breath, you will release tension, quiet your mind, and foster a deeper connection with your body ultimately facilitating the best mind/body space to support a healthy pregnancy.
