We provide services that center around preparing for and fully embracing the childbearing years including elective 3D/4D ultrasounds, massage, DNA gender testing, hypnobirthing classes, doulas, physical therapy, yoga, infant play groups, and more all in one place and easily accessible in the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky & Southeastern Indiana areas.

Erica Manto Paulson, a certified doula, childbirth educator, and certified clinical hypnotherapist, has been a birth worker for 19 years.  She found her passion after her VBAC experience with the unparalleled support of her doula.  That experience lit a fire to dedicate her work to supporting and empowering expectant mothers on their childbirth journey.

Erica is known in her communities for her authenticity, warmth and grace.   Tell her your story, she’d love to hear it.
