Business Manager
We’re looking for a Business Manager at Nurture to keep our spa and doula practice running smoothly.
$25-30/hr, around 35 hours per week
Schedule: Tues/Thurs/Fri 10–7, Sat 9–4 (with some flexibility/variability)
This isn’t a sit-back role — you’ll be the one identifying gaps, fixing systems, and ensuring our team and clients have what they need.

The job involves:
Clarify procedures and build/refresh systems (such as opening and operating procedures, doula charting, and other aspects)
Marketing, operations, HR, and computer systems tasks
Proficient at our core systems (Google Office Suite)
Serve as the go-to person for the business’s offerings
Support staff performance and professional development
Spot what’s not working and improve it
Not necessary, but please do also note if you happen to have:
Social media experience
Marketing experience
Course building experience
Bonus if you know MS Office, Canva, Thinkific, Flodesk, Acuity or Squarespace.

We’re looking for a Front-Desk Coordinator at Nurture to welcome every client with warmth, keep our schedules humming, and ensure each visit feels effortless.
$17/hr, about 30 hours per week
Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thu 10 – 7, Sat 9 – 4 (with some flexibility)

The job involves:
Greeting & Checkout – Welcome clients, guide them through intake forms, process payments in Square, and send them off feeling cared for
Scheduling & Reminders – Manage Acuity calendars, confirm bookings, handle reschedules, and send pre-/post-visit messages
Phones, Texts & Email – Serve as first point of contact, answering service questions quickly and kindly
Studio Readiness – Keep the lobby inviting, retail shelves stocked, rooms prepped, and laundry moving
Review & Reputation Support – Encourage Google reviews, log feedback, and flag concerns to the team
Admin Support – Prepare paperwork, update client records, and assist providers with small day-to-day tasks
Not necessary, but please do also note if you happen to have:
Experience with Square, Acuity, or Google Workspace
Prior spa, medical office, or wellness front-desk experience
Social-media experience
Canva design skills or copy-writing flair
